GENERAL SERVICE POLICY
The Staff at Silvercreek Massage & Wellness is here because we love what we do. We want you to enjoy the experience of a quiet and therapeutic massage with each visit. To respect each client's privacy and modesty, all massages treatments are done with full draping.
Therapeutic massage is strictly non-sexual. Sexual misconduct on the part of the massage therapist is grounds for dismissal from the Registered Massage Therapy Association and from employment from Silvercreek Massage & Wellness. If the client expresses interest in sexual massage, the therapist will terminate the massage immediately and payment for appointed service will be rendered in full

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Fees
Cancellations or rescheduled appointments made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full amount of the original treatment fee.
No-Show
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged full amount of the original treatment fee.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened depending on your provider’s schedule.
Full payment for the original treatment time will still be required, even if the session is shortened.

PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made prior to treatment.
We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. We do not bill clients nor provide direct billing for insurance claims.
Sometimes private insurance companies reimburse clients for our services. It is best to get a prescription from a doctor if you wish to submit to your insurance company. We provide you with a receipt but can’t guarantee that your visit will be covered by insurance. In many cases, they will be covered, but that is at the discretion of the insurance company.
